Privacy Policy

Introduction

Tennis Elbow Hub ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tenniselbowhub.live. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

Accounts are optional. Live scores, match analysis and guides work without one. If you create an account to upload outfits or manage a profile, we collect the display name, email address and password you sign up with. The password is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and is not readable by us. We also store the content you add to your account, such as outfits you upload.

Uploaded Files

When you use the Match Log Analysis feature, you upload HTML match log files from Tennis Elbow 4. Our server reads these files to generate statistics. We do not save uploaded files to our database. If you ask for an AI review of a match, the match statistics are sent to an AI service provider (OpenRouter) to write that review.

Automatically Collected Data

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Referring website
  • Approximate geographic location (country/region level)
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

This data is aggregated and anonymized. It helps us understand how the site is used and improve the experience.
